UK ORDERS

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then as soon as reasonably possible.

In any event, delivery will take place no more than 30 days after the day your Contract is entered into.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox or left in a safe place, after three failed attempts, we may end the transaction and the item will be requested to be returned to MMA Gangsta.

Delivery of your order will be complete when we deliver the products to the address you gave us and the products will be your responsibility from that time.

You will own the Products once we have received payment in full.

The images of the Products on our site and in our other advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to display and print the colours of the products accurately, We cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the pictures, or the pictures in our other advertising materials, accurately reflect the colours of the products that will be delivered to you.

For international shipping rates, please contact Sales@MMAGangsta.com for finalised shipping costs. Failure to do so may result in delays/cancellations of orders.

Shipping charges do not include sales taxes, customs or duty charges if applicable.

International shipping times vary greatly based on destination country. The shipping service we use, uses their own transport your order to the destination country where they are handed over to the customs service and then on to your local postal service for final delivery.

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days and most shipments arrive at the destination country within approximately 10 days. Once arrived in your country it then depends on how long it takes the customs service to process the package and for your local postal service to make the final delivery.

Failed deliveries due to incomplete/inaccurate addresses, non-payment of duty/customs or VAT charges, or failure to retrieve packages from the post office will result in a 35% surcharge deduction of your refund.
